This is one Realtor® I can say is all about her clients. I would not say that my family and I were a challenge but we did have some challenging obstacles to overcome Dakia but her Patience, Honesty, and Understanding made the process of buying a home as seamless as possible and we are so very happy she stuck with us when I think others would have given up and moved on. We were initially located in NY and trying to buy a home in VA while maintaining full-time jobs and we have two small children. We had a scheduled trip to VA to view a few homes and had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency.

Dakia was very understanding and reassured us that our dream home will not only be a dream but a reality when the time is right. Unfortunately, our cancellation pushed our visit back to VA for a month and my husband and I were worried she would lose faith in us but she would call to see how we were doing to let me know she was still here for us. Dakia continued to send listings to my husband and me for review as they arose which reassured us her belief in seeing our home was a reality even when all homes we were interested in were pending or sold but she was very reassuring telling me there will be more homes and those just were not the ones fit for me and my family. Dakia paid close attention to what we were looking for in a home and upon showing she would examine each home very thoroughly noting the advantages-disadvantages of each location. Her negotiation skills are superb and always tried to get what is best for us.

Dakia went above and beyond for us, she attended both of our home inspections; staying from beginning to end and ensuring that all questions and, or concerns we had were explained in detail. If I ever had questions or concerns no matter what time as I am sure some of my calls, well most were after business hours she never seemed like they were a bother and addressed the topics with care. She always made herself available to walk through homes we were interested in and once we found the home of our dreams she made herself available for me to see the house two additional times so I was sure this was what I wanted. I was making a big decision for my family and I had the pleasure of having someone like her to help me with this process. Dakia stayed in close contact with our lender to ensure that everything was running smoothly with the loan. It was nice to feel at ease knowing I was dealing with someone who for a majority of the time was states away but treated my family and me like were her only clients. When looking for a Realtor® who has the client's best interest. She is that person. Anyone I know that’s buying or selling. She’s got my referral.
