Dakia Knight, a Richmond native, has been of excellent service to her hometown for over ten years in the real estate business. Soon after graduating from the University of Richmond in 2013 with her B.S. in Business Administration, she started her journey to become a realtor in administration. Gaining experience and understanding in not just customer service but the very essence of home-owning and this fast-paced market helped to shape Dakia into a determined powerhouse for this profession. Shortly after, she joined ICON Realty Group but knew she was meant for much more. That same year, she and her business partner, Shakeema Daniels, decided to expound their ideas and experience by creating the KEY Team at ICON Realty Group. This team was created to showcase three fundamental principles in the quick and fast-changing real estate market: Honesty, Integrity, and Communication. In addition, the Key Team prides itself on giving clients an easy and satisfactory homebuying experience.

Dakia loves that her hometown is an exciting hub with an incredible food scene, quick and accessible beach activity, and beautiful scenery. During her time away from the office, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and attending art festivals in the Richmond area. She also enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and black Labrador Retriever after a long day at the office.
